Cancellations

We do not charge for cancellations made at least one business day before the start of the scheduled arrival window. To cancel please contact us by phone or e-mail. For collections cancelled less than one business day before the start of the arrival window a £20 fee will be charged (which will be credited against any subsequent collection). This contributes towards the costs we incur with late cancellations.

Parking

Parking costs (such as pay and display or meter charges) incurred on your collection will be added to your bill unless you pay for them directly. Where parking is particularly difficult and requires us to park illegally in order to complete the job, your truck team will raise this issue with you before starting work. In such circumstances, any fines incurred will unfortunately have to be added to your bill.
